Can sovereign or latency-sensitive workloads stay on-prem?

Is this just a VMware replacement?

It can be. Azure Local is a strong landing spot for VMware migrations, but we design to your constraints, not a single product.

Do we have to move data to Azure?

No. Arc extends cloud management to where your data already lives, so sovereign and latency-sensitive workloads stay on-prem.
