The Challenge
Mark Anthony Group (MAG) is one of North America's fastest-growing beverage companies, with a diverse portfolio and a strong growth trajectory. As their operations scaled rapidly across teams and geographies, the need for a more resilient and secure IT foundation became mission-critical.
Device onboarding processes were inconsistent, leading to delays in getting users fully operational. Endpoint management lacked the automation and scalability needed to support a growing, mobile workforce. Gaps in security left the environment vulnerable to emerging threats, and compliance requirements were becoming harder to meet and sustain.

Beyond the immediate technical challenges, MAG’s internal IT teams also needed to plan for future growth and scale. They needed better tools to manage a rapidly expanding ecosystem of devices, stronger visibility into system health, and governance frameworks that could keep pace with the company’s evolving regulatory landscape.

We also improved Azure Active Directory hygiene to strengthen identity management, creating a scalable and compliant authentication environment.
Security & Compliance Frameworks: We worked with MAG’s IT team to deploy modern BYOD policies, strengthen endpoint protection by removing vulnerable software, and integrate Okta with Intune for tighter access control. BITSUMMIT also helped streamline compliance by embedding proactive patching standards, simplifying audit processes, and reinforcing governance frameworks to meet evolving regulatory needs.
Automation & Reporting: To boost operational efficiency, BITSUMMIT automated OS updates with Windows Update Auto-Patch and deployed real-time dashboards for proactive endpoint monitoring. We also secured Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments with regular configuration backups to maintain disaster recovery readiness.
Application Lifecycle Management: We improved user productivity by packaging and deploying over 30 critical applications, while building knowledge bases that empowered MAG’s IT teams to independently manage and evolve their environments.
Patch Management as a Service: Through our Patch Management as a Service offering, BITSUMMIT deployed consistent server patching, vulnerability assessment, and compliance reporting, helping Mark Anthony Group reduce security risks and maintain an audit-ready infrastructure.
Endpoint Manager Managed Services: BITSUMMIT designed, maintained, and optimized MAG’s Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Azure Active Directory environments, aligning with best practices to strengthen device and identity management across the organization.
