BITSUMMIT led change management for a Microsoft Copilot rollout, driving 90% adoption within three months and faster day-to-day processes.

Money Mart sought to enhance productivity and decision-making across its financial services operations by implementing Microsoft Copilot. However, the organization faced significant challenges:
To address these challenges, Money Mart required a structured change management approach to guide the transition, ensuring high adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot.
Money Mart already had Microsoft Copilot licences; the real work was getting a financial-services workforce to use them. Adoption faced three headwinds: employees were wary that AI might disrupt or replace their work, many were unsure what Copilot would actually do for them, and needs varied widely across departments from finance to HR. BITSUMMIT ran the rollout as a structured change-management program built around the people who would use the tool.
Understand readiness before pushing adoption
BITSUMMIT interviewed key stakeholders to gauge how ready the organization was and where adoption might stall, and analyzed roles and workflows across departments so Copilot could be framed around what each team actually does day to day.
Build awareness and executive air cover
Targeted communication through email newsletters, intranet updates, and webinars made the case for Copilot in plain terms, while senior leaders acted as visible champions, signalling that this mattered to the firm's direction.
Train for real tasks, then support
Role-specific training and hands-on workshops let people practise Copilot on their own work and get their questions answered in the moment, backed by a helpdesk, FAQs, and online resources once the sessions ended.
Measure adoption and keep improving
Adoption was tracked through Microsoft 365 analytics to show where engagement was strong and where more support was needed, and surveys and focus groups fed back into the training so it kept getting sharper.
Within three months, 90% of users had adopted Microsoft Copilot, well past what Money Mart expected going in, and people consistently reported that it made daily work easier and gave them better information to act on.
The productivity gains were concrete. Financial reporting, data analysis, and document preparation ran 35% faster with Copilot's AI-assisted automation, and finance and HR teams in particular used its insights to make better-informed decisions. Post-rollout surveys showed a 20% rise in employee satisfaction, with people pointing to how intuitive Copilot felt and how much it simplified complex tasks.
