The Challenge

Euna Solutions, a North American leader in public sector SaaS, was struggling with a brittle onboarding process built on MuleSoft integrations. The workflow relied on fragile connectors and human intervention, slowing down user provisioning and placing unnecessary burden on internal IT teams.

New hires needed access to systems like BambooHR, Dayforce, Entra ID, and JIRA, but provisioning was inconsistent, lag-prone, and difficult to audit. The result was hours of manual work, missed onboarding SLAs, and operational risk every time a new employee joined the organization.

Euna needed to modernize its provisioning engine without compromising data privacy or control. The new solution had to be fast, observable, secure, and compliant, with zero tolerance for storing PII outside approved systems.

An Azure-Hosted Automation Layer, Built for Scale
